General terms and conditions for companies::

  • When Rural o Urbano receives a corporate order from a requesting company that exceeds 15 units of product (regardless of the product requested), Rural o Urbano will have a margin of two weeks to organise and coordinate the corresponding order in a manner that is entirely satisfactory to the company. If it is not possible to acquire the quantities of product required by the requesting company, Rural o Urbano will communicate this information as soon as possible so as not to proceed with the corporate order in question.
  • During special campaigns or events such as CHRISTMAS, EASTER or specific festivities in which the corporate order requested by the company exceeds 15 units of product (regardless of the product requested), the requesting company must contact Rural o Urbano at least one month in advance in order to organise and coordinate the corresponding order in a manner that is entirely satisfactory to the company.
  • When a company places a corporate order with Rural o Urbano, it will be issued with the corresponding quote. The quote sent by Rural o Urbano must be accepted within 24-48 hours in order to proceed with the management, preparation and dispatch of the order. Otherwise, the quote will no longer be valid and a new one will have to be issued if necessary.
  • When the requesting company accepts a quotation for an order request sent by Rural o Urbano, the requesting company must pay 30% of the total order amount in advance. The remaining 70% may be paid upon final delivery of the order.
  • Rural o Urbano only ships corporate orders to mainland Spain. Corporate orders are not shipped to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or Portugal.
