General conditions

• When Rural o Urbano receives a corporate order from a requesting company that exceeds 15 units of product (whatever the product requested), Rural o Urbano will have a margin of 2 weeks to organize and coordinate the corresponding order in a completely satisfactory way for the company.
• During campaigns or special actions such as Christmas, Easter or specific festivities in which the corporate order requested by the company exceeds 15 units of product (whatever the product requested), the requesting company must contact Rural o Urbano at least 1 month in advance in order to organize and coordinate the corresponding order in a totally satisfactory way for the company.
• When a company requests a corporate order to Rural o Urbano, the corresponding budget will be issued. The quotation sent by Rural o Urbano must be accepted within 24h-48h in order to proceed with the management, preparation and shipment of the order. Otherwise the quotation will not be valid and a new one will have to be issued if necessary.
• When the requesting company accepts an order request quotation sent by Rural o Urbano, the requesting company shall advance payment of 30% of the total order amount requested. The remaining 70% can be paid in the final process of delivery of the order.
• Rural o Urbano only makes shipments of corporate orders to the peninsula. We do not ship corporate orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Portugal.
