Can I find out which allergens are in the products?
All our products showed at our Rural o Urbano boutique have the corresponding allergers and composition information detailed.
How should I keep your products if I am not going to consume them at the time of delivery?
Most of our Rural o Urbano range of products are dry. That means that it is very important to keep the product in question a cool place, without direct sunlight and properly stored.
Having say that, we strongly recommend you keeping cheeses and/or some sweets that are fresh products in the refrigerator.
NB: All our products have te expiración date detailed on their packaging.
Do you have products that are not made in the province of Lugo?
The main goal of Rural o Urbano is to be an extra channel of visibility and sale of our local products of Lugo province. We invite you to visit our boutique.
Now, we are losers of a good Galician products that com from any geographical Point in our autonomus Community. We also like to complementa our day to day with an original range of lifestyle elements that perfectly describes our character. For this reason we also have an Exclusive & Lifestyle family products specially designed for this.
Can I customize a Gastro Pack?
Nowadays is still not possible to customize our Gastro Packs. We will announce news very soon.
What type of packaging will I receive with my order?
Rural o Urbano works with packaging materials that respect the environment. Our goal is to have 100% sustainable materials with which you can also give them a second use.
How much time does my order take to arrive?
El envío y entrega de nuestros pedidos se realiza en las siguientes 24-48h. Los envíos a las islas (Canarias y Baleares) serán de 72h.
Rural o Urbano tan sólo expide pedidos de lunes a miércoles para asegurar la entrega como muy tarde los viernes o sábados.
Los pedidos recibidos en jueves, viernes, sábado y domingo serán preparados y expedidos a partir del lunes (inicio de la siguiente semana).
Cuando recibimos tu pedido, éste necesita 24h horas para ser gestionado, preparado en nuestra sede y expedido hacia el destino correspondiente.
What do I do if I do not receive my order within the expected time?
Trabajamos con agencias de transporte líderes en el paìs. Pero puede ocurrir que algunos plazos de entrega posean demora. De ser ese el caso, rogamos te pongas en contacto con nosotros para poder resolver el problema lo antes posible.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Currently we still do not manage orders from abroad. We hope to be able to do it very soon.
What happens if my order arrives beaten up or in bad condition?
Aunque Rural o Urbano utiliza un packaging seguro, siempre pueden ocurrir incidencias.
En el caso de recibir una entrega con un evidente desperfecto, rogamos la rechaces y dejes constancia al transportista para que éste pueda notificarlo en el albarán de entrega. Este pedido será transportado de vuelta a nuestra sede para poder ser nuevamente gestionado y enviado lo antes posible.
