El Riba red vermouth is a classic par excellence in the city of Lugo.
Red vermouth made from the macabeo and airén grape varieties with an intense and bright brown colour.
The base wine of this red vermouth has undergone an ageing process of 6 months in American oak barrels and then macerated with the botanicals of its secret formula.
On the palate it is a classic vermouth with a predominantly sweet touch fused with a soft floral, citrus, aromatic herbs and subtle cinnamon fragrance.

Description
Classic vermouth El Riba was born from the hand of Emilio Martinez, owner of the famous restaurant in Lugo that bears the same name as this drink, El Riba (located in Praza do Campo, 12 in the historic center of the city of Lugo).

- Classic red vermouth with an amber color with evolution to russet, clean and bright. In the mouth it provides a fine aroma in which its floral, citrus, aromatic herbs and cinnamon touches stand out, softening the perception of wood.
