The dark vermouth El Riba is a classic par excellence in Lugo, a city where this drink is also made from the Macabeo and Airén grape varieties.
The base wine of this classic vermouth has undergone a 6-month aging process in American oak barrels and then macerated with the botanicals of its secret formula.
A dark vermouth with an intense and brilliant brown color.
In the mouth it is a cautiously bitter and generously sweet vermouth with a soft floral, citrus, aromatic herbs and subtle cinnamon fragrance.

Classic vermouth El Riba was born from the hand of Emilio Martinez, owner of the famous restaurant in Lugo that bears the same name as this drink, El Riba (located in Praza do Campo, 12 in the historic center of the city of Lugo).

- Classic dark vermouth. Amber color with evolution to russet, clean and bright. In the mouth it provides a fine aroma in which its floral, citrus, aromatic herbs and cinnamon touches stand out, softening the perception of wood.

Recommendation:
